Payment is required before your appointment in order to confirm your booking.
Appointments may be scheduled directly or following a consultation, depending on your individual needs and circumstances.
Session packages must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
If you experience financial hardship or have concerns about affordability, please reach out. Meaningful support should be accessible whenever possible, and I am happy to discuss available options.
I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may result in the session fee or session credit being forfeited.
Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Rise Within in cases of illness, emergency, family circumstances, or other unforeseen situations.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require additional discussion before future appointments are scheduled.
If you cancel a prepaid appointment with appropriate notice, you may request a refund or reschedule your appointment.
Unused sessions remaining within a prepaid package may be refunded upon request, less the value of any sessions already used at their standard individual session rate.
Completed sessions are generally non-refundable, as professional time, preparation, and services have already been provided.
If you have concerns about your experience, please reach out. I welcome honest feedback and will always make a reasonable effort to address concerns and determine an appropriate resolution.
Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Session packages are designed to support ongoing work and may offer a reduced rate compared to individual sessions.
Unused package sessions do not expire, although clients are encouraged to maintain momentum by scheduling sessions consistently.
Package sessions are intended for use by the individual who purchased them and are not transferable without prior approval.

Information shared during our work together is treated as confidential and stored securely.
Confidential information will only be disclosed when required by law, including situations involving:
Risk of serious harm to yourself or others
Suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation where reporting is legally required
Court orders or other legal obligations
All sessions are currently conducted online via Zoom.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have:
A stable internet connection
A quiet and private environment
A device capable of supporting the session
Freedom from interruptions for the duration of the appointment
If technical issues significantly disrupt a session, every reasonable effort will be made to continue, reschedule, or otherwise find an appropriate solution.
Hypnotherapy is a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or treatment.
I do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions, prescribe treatment, or advise clients to discontinue medical or mental health care.
No specific results can be guaranteed. Outcomes vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including readiness, commitment, participation, and circumstances outside of the session itself.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and wellbeing throughout and following the hypnotherapy process.
